Welcome to L. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before using our site or services.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, bookings, and use of products and services offered by L.(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our brand in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
2. Products & Services
All wigs, extensions, and color services provided by L. are custom-made or tailored to order. We make every effort to ensure product images, colors, and descriptions are accurate; however, due to lighting, screen resolution, and natural hair variations, slight color or tone differences may occur.
Each piece is hand-crafted with care, and minor variations are a part of the artisanal process that defines L.
3. Processing & Shipping
Standard processing for L. Wigs is 14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Please note: The day your order is placed does not count toward the 14 business days — processing begins the following business day.
If you wish to book an installation with your purchase, you have two options:

Book your installation during the 14-day processing period, ensuring your appointment is scheduled at least 14 days after your purchase date.

Wait until you receive your wig before scheduling your installation.
Your first installation with your wig is complimentary, and you’ll receive a booking code to schedule it once your order is complete. Any installation services thereafter are $150.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email. Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.
4. Booking & Cancellations
A booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee is applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment and is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Booking fees may be transferred once if your appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited booking fee, and a new fee will be required to rebook.
Please respect the time reserved for your appointment — late cancellations and no-shows affect scheduling and availability for other clients.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, L. does not offer refunds or returns.
If an item is significantly different from what was advertised and this can be verified by our team, we will work with you to remedy the issue or provide an appropriate solution.
If your order matches the description and photos provided but does not meet personal preference (for example, color, tone, or length), no refund or exchange will be issued.
Each L. creation reflects expert craftsmanship, artistry, and attention to detail — qualities that make every piece unique.
6. Payments
All payments must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
